Great location right off the main road and easy to access by golf cart. The ocean view was the highlight of the stay being on the 5th floor meant an unobstructed and beautiful view. The room matched the listing photos, check in was seamless, and communication with the host was excellent. I rated the stay 4 stars due to a few issues there was hair on the bathroom floor at check in, and some of the furniture was visibly worn and coming apart. This property is not beachfront it offers an ocean view only. At the back of the building, there appears to be a nearby residence and a children’s jump or play area that looks permanent. Overall, it’s a convenient and relaxing place to stay in the heart of San Pedro with friendly staff. They did run out of clean washcloths on our last night, but we managed. I would recommend this spot for travelers seeking convenience and a great ocean view rather than beach access or on site beach amenities.
