We started here for my 50th birthday! House was amazing! Great communication from the host! The house manager Mark was phenomenal! There is construction work next door and a construction supply place on other side so we did hear construction noise during the day. But we knew about this in advance and it wasn’t that loud. Overall, loved the place and we are planning on coming back with a bigger group.

We really enjoyed our stay. When we arrived two of the AC units weren’t working but someone was over right away to fix those. Mark and Owen kept the yard looking in top shape and Noe was very helpful in arranging transport and tours. The house was exactly as described and worked perfectly for our family. One thing to note is that there’s a new development on one side of the property and on the other side there’s a construction depot. A barge, loaded with gravel products, came and docked in the early hours of the morning. Dump trucks then hauled the product off the barge. I wouldn’t say it took away from the experience of the house but it is something to note.

My family and I had a wonderful time. The host Noe was absolutely amazing when we arrived to San Pedro Belize. He arranged the taxi services and was always very prompt when replying to questions or concerns. The home Casa Cristal was beautiful and well stocked with all the amenities we needed. I would stay there again or recommend it to another family. The grounds keeper was very nice and friendly. Thank you for your hospitality. My family and I appreciate you.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The host was very responsive and always answered our questions quickly. They also arranged transportation to and from the airport, which made things so much easier. The house itself was beautiful—spacious, clean, and with a stunning oceanfront view. There is ongoing construction nearby, so it did get noisy during the day, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. The gatekeeper, who lives on the property, was super helpful in showing us how to use the golf carts, and we felt very safe with him on-site. The location was perfect—close to Secret Beach and many main attractions. We had a large group, and the house had everything we needed to feel comfortable. Would definitely recommend for a group trip to Belize!

This house is amazing and we had an excellent vacation staying here. The setup worked really well for 2 families. The absolute star of our vacation was Mark. He took wonderful care of us and really went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay - from setting the kids up with fishing poles, cutting down and opening coconuts for us, making lots of great restaurant recommendations to keeping the property neat and tidy, Mark is phenomenal! Noe took such good care of us as well, he was incredibly helpful in answering lots of questions in advance of our trip and making all arrangements for excursions and golf carts. He was super responsive and made our vacation stress free. The view from the house is great and we really enjoyed the deck overlooking the pool. Mark kept the pool and surrounding furniture very clean! Beds & furniture were comfortable and high quality and the kitchen was very well equipped. There is a washer and drier. We liked the location of this house as it was not busy or crowded like downtown San Pedro, but close to plenty of good restaurants and grocery stores. There is construction on one side and a barge that leaves from the dock on the other side, but we didn't find either of these things to be disruptive. There is sargassum, but that issue exists along almost all of the coast and most days the smell was not that bad. I would rent this house and work with Stay Floreo again without hesitation! Thanks for a wonderful trip, we will see you next time!

Airbnb was amazing, host awesome. Great for a big family! The playpen was a great touch. Pool was clean. Pictures did not do justice. Ground keeps was awesome and had good recommendations felt safe with him around. 25 min drive to secret beach. 15-20 min drive the other way to down town San Pedro. Host was accommodating to our late check out needed. Would book again.

Upon arrival, the management team was great. Mark, the caretaker, was friendly, attentive, and accommodating. He was great throughout our stay. The house was beautiful, clean, and met our needs for group size. Friendly locals everywhere! However, if I had known that active construction (around-the-clock) was going to be on both sides of the house, including next to a building depot, I would have chosen another property. The construction was incessant and made relaxing by the pool impossible. Barges, cement trucks, banging, and drills were literally, the only noise you could here outside. Our last night was spent awake due to the all-night cement pouring for foundations. The saragussum bloom made it hard to be outside due to the smell. This is not anyone's fault, but it did add to our frustrations. All of this was very unfortunate and frankly, not worth the money we spent to rent the house. In the end, I feel like the property management team should have warned us.

The property is so amazing and beautiful. Was clean and roomy! The only thing is you can’t swim in the ocean from the property. However, Mark the property keeper was the coolest chill dude that helped with directions and recommendations!!

The place is very beautiful and spacious. We felt safe and i enjoyed that they had someone on the property at all times. It is a ways from town so definitely worth renting a golf cart. The drive isn’t bad and there are plenty of places nearby to eat or go to the grocery. Pool is great however wish there was access directly to the beach. They also added a really great personal touch and decorated for my birthday. That was sweet.

We were pleasantly surprised with the size of the house. It worked great for two families with little kids- the pool was great! The grounds were taken good care of as well. Quite a bit of construction going on but didn’t impact our stay!

We had an amazing stay at this property. We were so impressed with Noe and the rest of the concierge staff. They were incredibly kind and helpful with every detail of our trip. Mark was also amazing and we loved seeing him and chatting with him each day. The house was beautiful and our family loved the pool. The area is so nice and quiet. We really enjoyed the privacy. We loved walking on the beach and found many amazing places to eat nearby. We definitely hope to return someday.

We travWe traveled to Belize with extended family and had a wonderful time as guests at Casa Cristal! The location of the house is approx 15-20 min from town, but easily accessible by golf cart. It's far enough away from the hustle and bustle to be relaxing and serene, but close enough to run in for food/supplies. The house is well (and comfortably) furnished, has a fully stocked kitchen and a really great pool/deck area. The property has a full-time groundskeeper, Mark, who really makes the experience at Casa Cristal enjoyable, tending to your every need and ensuring you have a great stay. Casa Cristal is managed by White Sands Cove Resort just a few doors down, and the staff (Noe) was easy to communicate with and quick to answer any questions/concerns we had. The ocean views are great from this property (probably some of the best around), but like any place along the island, the coast is not flat sand beach. Our kids were able to use White Sands Cove Resort's dock along with several other places to swim. If you've been to Ambergris Caye before you know that not all surrounding properties are as well-kept as others, but we found no issue with any neighboring properties during our stay. (There did appear to be an inactive construction site directly to the north of the house.) Plenty of parking for multiple golf carts - would certainly suggest a rental for staying at this location. Overall, not a single complaint from our group, but do pack your bug spray!**We also found the following items included at the house but not mentioned in the listing full size washer/dryer (soap provided), games, Bluetooth speaker, pool deck furniture, beach towels and water cooler with bottled water. All extremely helpful during our stay.

This was by far our favorite place in Ambergris Caye. Everything was top notch from start to finish.The groundskeeper Mark takes it over the top. We can’t recommend this place enough.

The pros: the property manager Mark was the kindest person and super helpful, he was one of the highlights of our stay. Otherwise the place is beautiful (as described), the pool was clean and spacious, the indoor and outdoor set up was very comfortable. Floreo’s staff was super communicative making recommendations, helping to provide a gold cart, ensuring we had taxi to and from the airport.Most of all we were there during the tropical storm Nadine and the staff helped us rebook just one night at a slightly discounted rate as our flight off the island was cancelled. It was a huge stress reliever in a stressful situation. Will forever be grateful to Noe and the Floreo staff!Thank you!
