The pier/dock was delightful, the pool was clean and well maintained, the decks and patios were perfect for relaxing. The beds were all very comfortable. Noe, the caretaker was super responsive and helpful. We will return to this lovely villa! Thanks!

My family of 7 (3 generations) stayed at Bella Mar for a week and really enjoyed it! The space was very large, bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. The absolute highlight is the view across the water and the long dock. It was absolutely stunning. Noe was also super helpful and very responsive - both before and during our stay. There was a couple of small things that were not quite right and he got them fixed the same day. We were super appreciative! Others have written about the location and it was as expected. It is definitely a bumpy ride into town. BUT, there are advantages. The location is quiet and away from the business of downtown. All of our providers (snorkeling twice, fishing and trip to secret beach) were able to pick us up from the dock. A HUGE advantage! We also loved Robin's jerk/BBQ restaurant, which is very close - we ordered early and brought the food back to the house. Also liked Marin's Mart and fruit/veggie store close by.

Breathtaking home! Beautiful views. We really enjoyed the lovely peer and being able to kayak a bit in the water. We found that it would be helpful to restock the home a bit. Having batteries in flashlights in case of the power outage during rainy season (like we experienced) would be extremely helpful without having to ask for them to be brought. I have an Airbnb in the states, so I know that having simple things like sugar & cream for coffee goes a long way. I'm not sure if the concierge or past guests left the coffee and tea. All and all the staff was extremely pleasant and responsive. The home was very comfortable.

Excellent home and private. South side of the island so a golf cart rental is a must if you plan any shopping, diving. or other activities. Pool was clean and maintained well. House was very nice and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked for meal prep. I would have liked to see a crockpot and an oven safe casserole pan. During our stay the living room tv speakers did not work. However, didn't come to Belize to watch TV anyway. Overall a very clean, quiet, beautiful place to stay.

Bella Mar was a peaceful, spacious, and clean retreat—perfect for relaxing! We loved the pool and the dock out to the ocean. Noe, the staff member, was amazing: he arranged transport, responded quickly, and even picked up groceries before we arrived. The house is close to Stax Bar & Grill, but a bit far from town (roads were rough, though fixed by our last day). A few tips: rent a 6-seater golf cart, bring bug spray, and check what’s open if visiting in the off-season. The kitchen is upstairs, so expect a few trips for poolside drinks. We'd definitely stay again!

What an incredible stay! This home was as described and perfect for our first trip to Belize. Our group included 9 adults—4 parents and 5 adult male children. We traveled as a group of 9 adults—4 parents and 5 adult sons—and having a separate bed for each of them was a huge plus! The home was very clean and well-stocked with plenty of towels, which is a must for our family. The open family, dining, and kitchen area was spacious and perfect for gathering. We ended every day in the lovely pool with a view! We were greeted at the airport and transported, with all our bags, to the house, where Noe, the host, welcomed us. He provided golf carts and explained how everything in the home worked. Noe was incredibly helpful, answering all of our questions, making restaurant reservations, and arranged taxis for our return the airport. The location is a bit far from San Pedro, and the golf cart ride is bumpy,but we got used to it. Black Orchid restaurant is close and amazing! Just book it!

The villa was just as advertised!! We had a great time!! It was spacious and the StayFloreo team was extremely responsive and helpful!!

My group absolutely loved our stay! In fact, I’m in charge of finding housing on our next vacation. We had a few minor hiccups with the door however, our host, Noe and the maintenance team was incredibly responsive. Noe was even responsive and proactive on his off day. The house was gorgeous, the views were immaculate, and the Floreo team did so well in accommodating us. I had a few other friends staying at another property and they’re considering visiting Belize again and staying at this property! We really enjoyed ourselves and would 10000% do it again.

Very friendly and accommodating host. Even purchased board and card games for the family!! Wonderful to be away from the hussel and bussel of the town. With golf cart everything was well with in reach. Kitchen reasonably stocked with necessary items for simple cooking. Even had massages for everyone! Plenty of room including bathrooms for the number of persons.

Our experience was fantastic and the level of hospitality was truly impressive. The house was clean and had plenty of space for everyone. Thank you for help making my birthday special.

Bella Mar is a beautiful place within paradise. The house is accurately described and the pictures help you know what to expect. Noe and his team were very proactive and assisted us in shuttles to and from the airport, securing groceries for our arrival and golf carts for our stay. The location is close to the airport, San Pedro city center and we had easy access for fishing and day trips. The casita rooms on the lower level by the pool do feel separated from the house but that was to be expected. Probably better for adults to stay in those rooms as our teenage kids felt better on their own on the main level. I would recommend to the team to add in a filtration system to the pool. We were in there daily - with 4 kids and 6 adults - and after one day you could tell there was no filter running. Noe was great to ensure someone could stop by and clean the pool at least once for us, which was appreciated. We enjoyed our stay and it was very hard to say goodbye!

What a great place to stay. They picked us up at the airport and had a golf cart set up for us. They had a young man walk us around the house to get us familiar with everything. It is a beautiful house and a great location if you like privacy with your own pool. I highly recommend this place.

Bella Mar is a lovely place--we would definitely stay again! We were 4 couples, and the accommodations were great for us. Wonderful, comfortable living room to lounge in, and beautiful outdoor space including beach and pool. Noe shopped for us before we arrived and helped us and our bags to the home, which made our arrival very smooth. Thank you for a great stay--we can't wait to come back!

The concierge services included with this location were key to what I call a quick and easy transition into and out of the stay. It would not have been as seamless without Noe taking care of us. It was a great weekend and we loved every minute of it!

I booked this place for a family vacation and it was above and beyond my expectations. I had a TON of questions and their patience in answering every one made me feel welcomed. They made sure we had a warm welcome and got us settled in. The house is beautiful and I would definitely book again. We did not want to leave!

We had a family of 10 stay at this rental! It was perfectly set up for kids...we had ages 5,4,and 3 with us! The kids were in the pool more than they were anywhere else! It was conveniently located near grocery stores and restaurants, but still within close proximity to main town that we went there often! Stay Floreo was unmatched in terms of communication. They were readily available to help with anything we needed! I would highly recommend staying here to any family!

The home match the description and listed amenities. Our host greeted our group for check in and provided excellent recommendations for tourist. Eva was an amazing host helped us to RSVP tours, taxi services, massages, cooking services. All staff was beyond professional and knowledgeable. The home was private, clean, and beautiful for a peaceful vacation. Each private bedroom comes with own bathroom which is great when traveling with multiple women. Our stay felt secure. The pool was clean and private. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone traveling in large groups.

We had an amazing stay at Bella Mar. It was everything we expected and more! We stayed with our 4 adult children and 2 significant others and there was tons of room. The separate casitas were so nice for privacy for our kids with boy/girlfriends. We spent a lot of time in the pool and enjoyed looking out at the turquoise sea! We highly recommend this home and would stay again!

We had an amazing time at Bella Mar. We stayed from June 22-29, 2024. From booking to numerous questions I had before the trip, someone from the management team responded quickly to answer my questions. The house was very nice. Kitchen and dining area is huge, and kitchen is very well equipped. We did have a few issues the first couple of days. I did not deduct from my rating because a problem with hot water, a door not locking and an air conditioner that went out were all repaired the next day. The house is on the south end of the island and is very peaceful. The views were amazing. My group consisted of my wife and I, our children and spouses, and 3 grandchildren ages 9, 13 and 15. Everyone had a great time!

We had a great time in Belize. The house was very nice and cozy. Andre was a very nice host.

10/10 recommend this place ! It had everything I needed to celebrate my birthday . I would definitely stay again. The pool and the views were perfect . It is about 20 minutes from town but there are restaurants and other things near by . It was extremely private and I would encourage anyone with a big group to stay there .

From the moment I booked they were attentive to my every need and offered all recommendations I requested. Andre was INCREDIBLE on the pick up from the airport to the store run and offered amazing recommendations and gave us a smooth transition and tour when we arrived at the home. The stay was so pleasant everything we could ever need was inside the home. I didn’t mind the short golf cart ride into the city at all. The pool and beach front access was excellent. 100% would book again and as a final note I loved the face to face they do with you as a check out I thought that was thoughtful and nice to actually speak. No issues at all highly recommend. My 40th with my 7 girls was incredible

Bella Mar villa was as seen in the pictures and description. We loved the villa, spacious and room for our group of 10 to not only be together but have some space to call our own. It was clean and had all the amenities. Concierge service very timely and accommodating! Definitely need golf cart to explore San Pedro. Would stay again without a doubt!

Wow! This was an amazing vacation. The property was great, and the house was right on the ocean with incredible views. We were a party of eight with plenty of room for everyone. The pool was as beautiful as the photos in the listing. Although the house is two floors, the lower floor actually consists of two Casitas which our children stayed in. They walkout directly to the pool area which was very cool. The house is a few miles from town which was fine for us since town could be busy and we preferred a quieter area to chill out. Golf carts are used as the primary transportation and were fun to drive. As far as our host Andre, I can't say enough about how awesome he was. He met us at the ferry, arranged our golf cart rentals and settled us into the house. He was super responsive to any questions we had about the area, restaurants, etc. We wanted to rent wave runners and he actually had them delivered to the dock in back of the house. They were a blast. Wish we were still there.

This place was absolutely perfect. It’s outside of town enough to feel extra private, and the golf cart ride in to town was pleasant. The property will make you feel like you’re living like the rich and famous. Every room and bathroom was beautiful and everything worked well.

Our family had such a wonderful stay at this home on Ambergris Caye. The house is gorgeous, as is the pool and the view. The private downstairs casitas were also lovely for couples on the trip. Andre and the other staff were exceptional, with local recommendations, always being responsive to our questions and needs, helping transport our luggage and check us in, and arranging a private tour of Lamanai with dockside pickup. The house could have been a little cleaner on checkin, but not distressingly so. As other reviews have mentioned, it does take about 20 minutes to get to San Pedro town from the house by golf cart and the ride is a little bumpy: however, the privacy, view, ocean front, and size of the house made this well worth it. The golf carts are a fun part of the experience! We appreciated the house being well stocked, and having lots of potable water ready for us to drink.

I recently stayed at a wonderful location that truly lived up to its description. The beauty of the place was matched by the exceptional service provided by the caretaker, Chris, who was simply amazing. I would rate this experience a solid 9 out of 10. The only slight drawback was its distance from the town center, which meant a bit of travel to reach certain restaurants and island excursions. Despite this, the overall experience was delightful and I highly recommend it for those seeking a beautiful and well-managed stay

Great place for a group of adults. Separate bedrooms/bathrooms with privacy. A jog or golf cart drive from San Pedro. Pool and beach area were great.

We had a great stay. The house is as described. It was clean and the view was beautiful. For safety reasons, it would have been good to know in advance that the stairs between upstairs and downstairs are outside. Not a big deal for a couples trip, but for a girls trip the ladies in the downstairs bedrooms did not feel as safe. Also, the location is quite south of most of the attractions. It would have been nicer to be closer to town. If you are coming just to enjoy the property, it is a great pick.

This was the 1st trip to Belize for EVERYONE in our group. The vacation was much of what we wanted it to be. It's easy to fall in love with this property. Looks as good in person, as it does in pictures.The bad:It is a bit of a drive south to get there. That also provides you with a secluded, private vacation.Mosquitoes at night did not allow for outdoor enjoyment.Couple of issues but concierge was able to have them handled by the next day.The good:The home provides generous space for your group. We had 8 people and always felt we had more than enough room to enjoy ourselves without feeling cramped inside/out.Concierge (Andre)was able to guide us to the property from the pier. Very friendly. He was able to get issues resolved within a day.The pool and outdoor views were simply AMAZING. I can't think of much the home was missing. Those views will have you dreaming of relocating!I would definitely consider booking again now that we have decided to return for another trip.

The house and view are wonderful. Very clean and somewhat new construction(10 years old I think). The pool is great and bottom casitas are very nice. Personally, I'd like them to take out some of the twin bedrooms and put in a queen or king bed. There is only one master with a king bed and view. One of the lower casitas had a king as well. The other upstairs bedrooms are in the front of the house so no view. If you rent this, realize that it is 3 1/2 miles into town and it's a very bumpy ride in a golf cart. It will take 15-20 minutes to get into town. The up side to that is it's very private and feels very safe.

Our stay here was amazing! From start to finish our concierge Andre assisted with everything we needed from golf cart rentals, provisions, recommendations and more! He was waiting at the ferry when we arrived to assist us to the house and with our luggage. He was available throughout our stay to help with anything we needed and to answer any questions.We loved the location of the house which is on the south side of the island. A little quieter and less populated but still very accessible to all of the rest of the island.I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

It’s hard to explain how PERFECT our stay was. This is how bigger and more beautiful than the pictures. The view is RIDICULOUSSSSS. Our group of 9ppl slept in complete comfort every night. Andre ,the concierge, was extremely cool and helpful. He helped setup, took any house related requests, setup golf carts to be delivered. If you need it, he has your back. He’s great. Although there are small restaurants on the way to villa, I highly recommend renting a golf cart for the duration of your stay. Central San Pedro is 20min ride and taxis can add up quickly. It was $25 US dollars each taxi back to town. Have plenty of bug spray. Beautiful scenery comes with mosquitoes. Be prepared or you’ll suffer. The pool is perfect size and was always warm. Andre will have your taxi drivers waiting for you when you arrive at the Water Taxi Terminal. Once you arrive at the villa, save the location of it in your phone because it can be tricky to find. I wouldn’t change anything about Bella Mar

First I’d like to say that as beautiful as the pictures are of the house, it’s even more beautiful when you arrive! The hosts are great! My kids loved the place so if you’re bringing kids it’s perfect.
