I had a great stay here, it was very spacious. The pictures actually didn’t do enough justice, views were beautiful. The communication was very efficient, the replies and recommendations were helpful. Smooth check in process. We did have an issue with the right sink in the master bedroom that we couldn’t use which was inconvenient but they were responsive with sending someone to check it out. Check out process was also very smooth, everyone was very welcoming and nice. Even though it was alittle far, it was very secluded which was nice. I would love to stay here again when I visit. Such a beautiful place.

We had a good time! Only drawback was not having a beach with chairs to look out at ocean. We did find a path to walk along the beach. The pool was great and plenty of space. Friendly and helpful staff!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this two-bedroom condo north of San Pedro. It’s in a quiet spot, away from the busy town center, which made it easy to relax. At the same time, there are plenty of restaurants nearby—so many, in fact, that we didn’t have to repeat a single one during our trip. Getting around by golf cart was easy, and Secret Beach is just a short drive away. The condo itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a great kitchen and reliable Wi-Fi. The balcony was a nice place to sit in the mornings or evenings, and the pool area was never crowded. We also appreciated how responsive the staff were—any time we needed more drinking water or supplies, they were quick to help.

We stayed in this unit for 1 week as a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teenagers). The only reason I didnt give 5 stars across the board is due to the location of the unit. The unit is situated a little further North than what i had thought at the time of booking. isnnnecessary

Residences Barrier Reef was the perfect spot for our family of four during our 11-day stay in San Pedro. the staff was very friendly and helpful - helping us coordinate tours and always responsive to any request. the condo was immaculate, and the beds are wonderfully comfortable. the pools are pristine and the maintenance crews clearly take pride in their work! we liked that the property was out of the noise and bustle of town, but only 20 minutes away, and half way to secret beach. the truck stop eateries was a short 10 minutes ride away. we would absolutely recommend booking here for your San Pedro adventures!

loved the place. lots of room, great amenities with large private bathrooms in both bedroooms, super clean. and the windows/balcony was outstanding. front door lock is a bit tricky but once that was mastered we were ok. appliances and kitchen awesome. pool and staff great. small point - the wireless system did not work, reset but still no luck. the property team let us use another wireless connection which helped, it is a bit out of the way north but we learned to like that factor. The pools are immaculate - gym, facilities good. beach - good for a walk. we foraged fresh coconuts daily!! definitely would go back

Beautiful views and property! This was one of the largest 2 bedroom units I have rented. great place!! Great hardworking staff. Everything was spotless and well taken care of. I have already recommended this unit to my friends.

The condo is perfect for 6 as there were 2 large private ensuite bedrooms, and a pull-out queen couch. Unfortunately, I had to work while on vacation but took my laptop and phone outside on the private deck off the master bedroom. There is also a big wrap around deck in the front facing the ocean and pool. The house is fully stocked with kitchenware, linens, and pool towels/floats. Very centrally located 1/2 way between town and Secret Beach (fun). The complex is of average size – not too big like some others, nor too small. Lots of nice full time residents. All very friendly and helpful. Very clean and pretty. Can’t wait to book again!

Hanna and Bruce's apartment is beautiful, spacious, clean and fully stocked for a luxurious escape to Belize. I loved the balcony and how comfortable the place was to relax after an adventure. I highly recommend staying here!

Me and my husband have the best memories of our stay. The owners are very kind and friendly! . Their place is classy, clean and inviting with the beautiful view to the ocean and the pool. It’s a nice community of the people. The Neighbours are friendly. The restaurants around offer you a variety of good food and the Secret beech we’ve found there was just a paradise. We’ll go back again and stay in the same wonderful place! Loved it!

We had a pleasure of staying at this apartment for two weeks last year. Belize is a delightfulIsland with exceptional beaches and great dining! This place is a modern dwelling with all the conveniences. It is situated in a quiet complex with a large common area. Swimming pools and lounges are all around the pool area and the atmosphere there is quiet. The grounds are perfectly maintained. The two bedrooms and the whole place are air-conditioned. The kitchen and dining area are very spacious. The deck is very large with the beautiful sea view. The is also a second deck off of the master bedroom for privacy. Owners are very attentive, supplying all the necessary information needed. The place is highly recommended by both, my wife and me. We are planning to visit this beautiful island again and are looking forward to stay in the same residence again.
