The yearly Pop Warner National Cheer & Dance Championships have more than 500 of the nation's top youth cheerleading and dance teams.

The cheerleading or dance teams work exceptionally hard to compete at the national level.

 To compete spirit teams showcase the most practiced and best two minute and thrity second routine at a leauge championship then compete for regional competition.

The two top spirt teams from the regional competition are invited to the national championship.

This compitition has over 500 cheer and dance teams who compete at a four-day long event. Cheer & Dance teams compete in 5 different age ranges. 

The Show Cheer and Sideline Performance Cheer teams also compete in idiffernent sizes and styles.

The 2021 Pop Warner National Cheer & Dance Championships will take place in December at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Fl
