We enjoyed our stay. The space was spacious and located in a perfect place from downtown San Pedro and easy access to Secret Beach also. The grounds were well kept and we loved the balcony.

The Residences at Barrier Reef are everything you’d want for a relaxing stay, only a few children (mostly older adults), super-friendly and helpful staff and I can’t say enough about the beautifully maintained grounds. The beautiful pools were a welcome despite on the days we didn’t feel like venturing out. The unit was even better than described and we felt very comfortable staying there. It was a bit out of the way, but after the first day, you get used to it. But being out of the way, the peace and quiet was a huge difference from downtown San Pedro - exactly what we wanted. If we come back to San Pedro, we will definitely try to stay here.

Such a peaceful and beautiful stay. The pictures match the condo so there are no surprises. A bit out the way of the mainland, but as long as you have a golf cart and bug spray you’ll be okay. 10/10 - would definitely book with them again.

The grounds and condo are very well kept! There are tons of mosquitoes in that area, but it is a great location in between the main downtown and Secret beach. The housekeeping staff were great. They came every other day. Security is on site at all times. The condo is very spacious and they have places that deliver food in the evening if you want to stay in.

The condo was everything and more that was advertised online. It was very laid back, quiet and off the beaten path from all tourists. The non-renter residents were friendly and talkative. The maintenance man and his dog made a nightly pass, friendly and talkative. We did have a visit from the HOA President for hanging towels on the balcony to dry, was not aware it was a HOA penalty violation. The beach is not swimmable and there is a shark warning sign, please follow it as we saw three sharks on our scuba dive, a bull shark and two Caribbean reef sharks, one was 8 ft long. The reef channel is not too far off the beach there, sharks swim in routinely. Would recommend for larger group if there are multiple units to rent.

Beautiful spacious condo, big enough for our family of 5. Check-in was great and the host was always quick to respond. A little bit off the beaten path and a golf cart is NECESSARY, but no worries the host can help reservations. Also some excursions will pick up at the dock right behind the property, sooooo convenient :-)

Wonderful stay at the Residences! Everything was clean, and exactly how it was detailed. Check in/out was easy and management was super helpful and immediate with all questions. Downstairs residence of 4B was a complete cry baby. Complained about noises that never even occurred. We were rarely at the condo, much like most vacations! The other neighbors in the complex were so friendly and amazing! Which only made this young male stick out even more, being such a negative Nancy! Obviously we didn’t let his little childish tantrums ruin our visit or our rating! The place was great!

Had a wonderful time, would definitely book again in the future. The property is meticulously kept. Our suite was spacious clean & very comfortable. The staff go out of their way to make sure your every need is taken care of.
Gorgeous view! Immaculate condo really has the wow effect when you walk in, this place is comfortable and just so nice! Quiet and peaceful. You will need a golf cart, restaurants and grocery store are just 5 to 10 minutes away, short ride to secret Beach. We would love to stay here again
