The room was great and the hotel staff were super sweet. I had an issue and reached out to the host and it was rectified immediately. Was a little disappointed that my room wasn’t decorated for my birthday as promised bur everything else was great!

The team was extremely helpful they arranged a shuttle to pick me up from the dock and back and also arranged cabs so I can get to excursions room was beautiful they come ask if you want your room cleaned everyday they give you bottled water everyday they address any concerns immediately would definitely stay here again

This property was nothing short of amazing ! The staff from start to finish were extremely friendly and readily available . All the staff gave helpful recommendations and made our experience that much better. This was my first time in Belize and I would come back here solely to stay at this property . Book it now! You won’t regret it
