Modern and comfortable great communication with host. I got around by walking which was easy since you can get around to most parts of the island in 20 minutes I enjoyed the location being it was more laidback with having everything you need nearby (grocery market , coffee shop, food options ) the front desk is there for you at all times . Loved the ocean view balcony it made all the difference for me and which is why I chose the hotel . Highly recommended!

This stay was perfect! Everything we needed was accessible. This is a great location if you still want to be close to town but also far enough away from the noise. GREAT LOCATION! Thank you for making my birthday trip Unbelizeable!

We also understand how using multiple communication platforms can feel confusing at times. We’ll be reviewing our communication process internally to see where we could have been clearer or more streamlined. We do send a pre-arrival questionnaire asking guests to share their preferred method of communication, as we work with both a U.S.-based booking team and a local Belize team. Different channels can work better for different guests, especially when coordinating transportation, arrivals, and on-island services, which can differ from travel within the U.S. Your feedback is helpful and allows us to continue improving the guest experience.
