RBR Casita 4

Really enjoyed my stay. The property was pretty secluded from town and noise. Really great for family and full relaxation. The staff is friendly. The unit was very clean and had a very good lay out.

Me and my 2 children had an amazing time. The staff communicated well and I would highly recommend. Only one area of improvement to note, our casita did not have a hair dryer. It also seemed to be a stretch to get extra pool/beach towels when ours got too wet. Other than that, I think it was a great value and I would definitely recommend!

Casita was great. Had everything you need and well furnished with comfortable bed. Complex is well managed and clean. Enjoyed having the screened in porch to sit in. Downside is casita is close to road and there was a constant flow of trucks going by while we were there so it was a bit noisy. We had rain for three days which made the roads not great and limited things to do nearby. We were disappointed with how much seaweed was on the beach so we could not swim there at all. Pool was great though. It was nice to be out of the busy town centre but there are limited restaurants nearby. On site staff were friendly and responsive to any needs we had.

It was an awesome location 4 miles North of Town. 2 miles farther north is a great dive shop White Sands they were awesome great boats and good Dive Masters. I would defiantly come back.

My partner and I absolutely loved our stay! It was super clean and comfortable and the resort itself is so peaceful and serene. During our stay none of the other casitas were booked so we felt we had an ideal amount of privacy. The one thing i’d say is that the casita has very sheer curtains that face the other casitas so if there had been other guests / families staying there i don’t think it would have been as private. Not a big deal but a potential consideration for travelers looking for more privacy. Also, i’d recommend arriving before sun down because the road to get to the casita is dark/remote. All in all would 1000% come back!

Sharon and I could not be happier with our choice of Residences at Barrier Reef..we visit San Pedro often and plan to stay here every time when available....we rented Casita #4 and loved it...every single detail has been covered by the group at FLORIO, from John Wasson, the boss to Rosie, the day to day on site person in charge to the cleaning staff and grounds crew.....we looked at a number of the unite here and can assure you you can't go wrong booking any of them....they all are above and beyond anything we expected

This was one of the nicest Airbnbs we've stayed at very resort looking, clean, comfortable. I would definitely stay there again! I'm glad I found this place!

We had a wonderful stay here. We felt right at home and we had absolutely everything we needed. It was clean and comfortable. They were helpful in any way they could be. The only thing that wasn’t over the top wonderful were the roads getting there. The final stretch was very rutted and many many potholes.

We stayed in Casita #4 at Residences at Barrier Reef. The place itself is AMAZING! Felt just like home and Iliana was great to work with during our stay. Beautiful surroundings, very safe. Security was very visible, so we felt safe. It was quiet and we met several residents at the main pool area. Most were expats from the US who bought the condos here at RBR. Love this place and have nothing but great things to say about the Casita and Floreo management staff Ms. Iliana. Everyone is helpful. There are some great restaurants and resorts that are nearby. World famous Secret Beach and San Pedro town are both about 20-25 minutes on the golf cart. The office can help with anything you need. Rose Spa is nearby and we booked them to give us a 90-minute massage and facial at the Casita. Ooh-la-la! Love this place! Stop looking and hit that Book Now button. Casita #4 is home away from home :)
