Common area were very well kept and grounds were quite and relaxing and beach was clean. Interior was very clean and spacious for my family of 4. Bathroom were nice and clean. Beds and pillows were comfortable And pictures looked exactly how unit is described. I would definitely stay here again

My family and I throughly enjoyed our stay. The place is far enough away from all of the hustle and bustle of the noise from town. Very spacious with amazing views of the Caribbean Ocean. Sunrises and Sunsets are amazing. We'll definitely look to stay here again on our next return to San Pedro.

We were grateful we booked this property, it was so secluded and peaceful and had everything we needed for our family of four. The unit was very spacious and clean, we especially enjoyed having the deck with the beautiful view, the pool which was the perfect temperature and access to the gym. We were warmly welcomed by Rosie and Emma and the ground keeper do an amazing job at maintaining the property/grounds. It was so nice to be away from the town but still reach everything we needed on a golf cart. The beach was great for morning walks. Our hosts even arranged for a golf cart rental which included transporting our luggage to the property and back to the ferry. We highly recommend booking this property if you want a spacious unit with a fully equipped kitchen on beautiful grounds.

First of many family vacations to San Pedro. We loved the property and the pool area was amazing. The resort is away from town so it was always quiet at night and allowed us to relax on our 9 day vacation. Everything in the pictures match the inside of the house. We would definitely recommend staying on this property.

Overall positive experience for our family. Host was responsive via email and text. Check-in & check-out were smooth. The property is spacious with beautiful views. Sargassum and odor were present. Staff worked daily to clear it, but it’s a big job. We mostly stayed busy off-site and avoided it. The space was clean. Location is about 4 miles north of San Pedro. The area is quiet, peaceful. Still close to Secret Beach, restaurants, and excursion meeting points (10–30 minutes to most amenities). Beds were decent but the pullout bed was springy and not as comfortable. Probably okay for someone young. WiFi worked best in common areas. The kitchen was well equipped. AC worked well in main rooms. Nice extras like every-other-day cleaning and laundry access. Pools are kept pristine with morning cleaning though we didn’t take advantage. Overall pleased with the stay.

Lots of space for our family of 5. Great pool. We like the location being between secret beach and the San Pedro town. Love the air conditioning. Washer and dryer in unit was very convenient, we had to buy detergent at the store but not a big deal. For first time in San Pedro I would definitely recommend. Staff are so helpful and the absolute best!

Great location and amazing apartment!

Located among friendly Xpats residents who live at their places. Quiet and just far enough away from the crowded chaotic down town. Relaxing pools and clean beach located here. Lots of birds to enjoy from the delightful expansive balcony with comfortable furniture inside and outside.

We had a fantastic stay at residences at barrier reef! The rooms and bathrooms were huge and very clean. We had plenty of room..The house had plenty of windows ,TV in every room, good Internet, and good air conditioner .We had the best view of the sea and the pool from our long round balcony. The house had all the dishes that we needed cups and glasses, silverware,knives, scissors,spatula ,cutting board, kitchen towels, pots, and pans. The service was just exceptional.!We got whatever else we needed in a matter of minutes: drinking water, can opener, salt and pepper, cooking oil, even a brand new microwave! We also had plenty of towels and beach towels, shampoo, conditioner, and plenty of friendly people around! The place is very close to the Secret beach and close to the city. We recommend it to everyone.!

Perfect place to stay

We had an amazing stay! The host team was super responsive and provided us with lots of helpful local tips and recommendations. The until was also beautiful with a great view of the beach and pools, both of which our kids loved.Looking forward to staying again sometime!

We loved our stay at with Floreo at the Residences of Barrier Reef. The condo was perfectly stocked and squeaky clean and the staff was incredibly friendly and responsive to all of our needs. The property was also gorgeous! We would definitely say here again!
