This place was clean and very friendly. The room could use some blackout curtains, it gets very bright very early. A bit further from town but nothing a golf cart ride can’t solve.

We stayed for a week in this condo. It’s a bit out of town but if that doesn’t bother you then it is a perfect place. The best upside was very little mosquitoes! Fully stocked kitchen, water and coffee and house keeping were amazing! The pools were warm for our kids. Some minor tweaks could be done to help the home - ie. darker curtains in the master bedroom (it was pretty bright each morning after 5am), curtains in the living room if you need to use that space for a bed. Also another note - it may be beachfront but you cannot swim in the ocean even from the dock, as it’s full of sandbars and submerged debris.

We’ve stayed at this condo area (Residences at Barrier Reef) the last three times we’ve visited San Pedro and have always loved the location and amenities. Each stay has been in a different unit. This unit was mostly great but came with a few disappointments—one outside their control and a couple that weren’t. During our stay, the washer and dryer were not working, which was frustrating since that’s a big reason we choose to stay here. The team did kindly offer to pick up and do our laundry when we asked. The bathroom lights also flickered constantly, likely due to the bulbs and dimmers. The final stretch of road is usually rough, but after the rain it was especially bad—nothing they can control, but worth noting. That said, the beds were very comfortable, and the view and pool were absolutely amazing.

We had such a wonderful stay here! The host and front desk staff were incredibly responsive and helpful. They assisted us in booking a tour during our trip. We appreciated the complimentary water and coffee, and having the staff carry our luggage to our room was a total lifesaver.. The property itself was great, pool was cleaned daily, and we loved the location. It’s only about 25–30 minutes to town (definitely recommend renting a golf cart), but the best part was being close to Secret Beach, which was the only beach without sargassum during our visit. It truly felt like the perfect central spot for everything we wanted to do and see. Our room was fantastic. The master bed and bedding were unbelievably comfortable, and the large balcony was a dream (just be sure to bring bug spray!). Housekeeping came every other day, which kept things fresh and tidy without being intrusive. Overall I would highly recommend this AirBnB

We really enjoyed our stay! The property felt private and peaceful, yet it was just a short drive to great restaurants and very close to Secret Beach. We had a couple of minor issues with the door lock and hot water in one of the bathrooms, but the host and staff were quick to respond and took care of everything promptly. The cleaning staff was also wonderful—friendly, helpful, and full of great recommendations for places to eat and explore on the island. Would definitely stay again!

I see there was a bar and "swim-up" bar down at the two pools but does not look like it has been operational for some time. Pretty quiet place. Restaurants not far away if you have a golf cart. Nice distance from town, not too far or too close.

I would not hesitate to stay again! The condo was just as described and pictured in the photos. It was a quiet peaceful complex close to secret beach and far enough from town to get it of the hustle and bustle. A few nearby restaurants made it nice so we didn’t have to drive to town if we did t want to. The host was friendly, accommodating as quick to respond. I recommend this place as I would stay again.

This place matched pics inside and out! Quiet & beautiful surroundings and view. Comfortable spacious equipped condo. Would be helpful to include spices and a few stock kitchen items. It was not clearly stated the ocean was not user friendly which I now know is common in Belize. Rosie was fantastic beginning with friendly messages the week prior offering help. Rosie continued to be helpful with info and recommendations and bookings throughout our stay. We had a wonderful time!

The place was amazing! Super clean, the beds were so comfortable. The view was beautiful! 2 pools and a view of the ocean right from the balcony. We really enjoyed our stay & the host was extremely helpful. The condo is about 20 minutes from Secret Beach and about 35 minutes from town and the majority of the restaurants and nightlife.
