Washing machine not working
Manager's Response
We are sorry that the washing machine was not working during your stay. When appliances go out, sometimes it takes a bit of time to get the part to the island. We always do offer to do laundry for no charge with our housekeeping staff. We did hear that the part is available and it will be fixed for all future guest.

My family of four greatly enjoyed our stay. The condo was exactly as presented online - clean, spacious, and well-equipped. I think the dryer was actually better than our at home! When we arrived the AC was in the process of being fixed - it was clear that the onsite team was working hard to resolve this issue quickly. The concierge, Rosie, and her team were very responsive and friendly, and helped us to plan tours. We greatly enjoyed the tours - snorkeling, fishing, etc- and found the staff to be both very friendly and informative. I highly recommend this place!

We loved being away from San Pedro and on the beach.Great view of the water while sitting on the lanai.Very clean and easily accessibleThe addition of some minimal spices/herbs would have been appreciated… salt, pepper, garlic powder, etc.

Absolutely beautiful property with friendly and accommodating staff. It was nice and quiet, well-maintained, and very comfortable. Rental is exactly as advertised. Highly recommend working with Rosie and her team to schedule any tours. We absolutely loved snorkeling with White Sands.
