This was a very nice place to stay. The view from the balcony was also beautiful. Check in was smooth. The place is about 25-30 minutes from the town which is not bad, however keep in mind there is no street lights about 4 minutes before you reach back to the bnb. Other than that everything was very nice. ❤️

We just spent a week here and had an amazing time! It was so peaceful, relaxing, and quiet. The staff were amazing and our condo was exactly as pictured. The outdoors were beautiful, flowers, trees and plants all so well kept, and the pool was perfect and very well kept! If I ever come to the area again I would definitely stay here!

We highly recommend staying at this beautiful 3rd floor condo. It was absolutely perfect for our family of 3 and perfect location to go to Secret beach. It was extremely clean, had a beautiful ocean view with lots of comfortable furniture inside and out. The kitchen was so well equipped with we wanted for nothing. They had board games which we enjoyed as well. We had an iguana visit us a few times on the deck which made our stay more that much better because we were missing our dog back home. Bradie the housekeeper was such a beautiful lady and worked so hard at keeping our condo spotless. She does an amazing job! We got some beautiful sun rises and my husband enjoyed using the gym while we seat pool side. You definitely need a golf cart to get around because it’s a 20 minute golf cart ride into the heart of town and 30mins to the Ferry. We highly recommend our peaceful stay at Residence at Barrier Reef and would stay here again if we come back. We LOVED it here!!

Location is accurate, unit is as described, view from balcony very nice, staff friendly and helpful…every other day housekeeping was an unexpected bonus. Pool was clean…would be nice if there were beach chairs near the unit…would be even better if pier was not lit with obnoxious lighting…not at all pleasant on your eyes when trying to enjoy evening hours on the balcony.

This was an awesome stay. The view was beautiful, the pool was awesome and always clean, and the host was so helpful in every way! We had no idea what to do as far as transpiration to San Pedro from the airport. The host was always responsive and went over and beyond to ensure we got to and from the island safely. They had a cleaning staff that came every other day to clean, never had that an Airbnb condo. The house was awesome and felt like home. It was very spacious for us 4. It looked exactly like the pictures. I highly recommend this stay!

This beachfront condo was perfectly as described with amazing views. The condo staff is super friendly, responsive and helpful. A small area of restaurants is just five minutes away by cart for breakfast, smoothies, lobster, shrimp, fish dinners, etc. we experience great seaside view that kept the terrace cool all day where we spent hours just listening to the water and working. The condo has plenty of extra linens and towels, including beach towels. The kitchen is well stocked, including a coffee pot while the pantry had a few salt, pepper, seasoning basics. Blender too. Some of the popular San Pedro restaurants in town were about 20 minutes away by cart but totally worth it and the ride is always a fun daily excursion. Secret beach is about 20 minutes away. We come here frequently and this was probably the best proximity location to all of our favorite spots. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice condo

We had a wonderful stay at the ocean front, 3rd floor unit. The unit was just as described, comfortable, spacious, clean and well equipped. The kitchen was fully equipped, it even had most of the basic condiments one could need for cooking (salt, pepper, oil, hot sauce, coffee, etc.). Great for our family of four. The ocean view is spectacular specially for sunrise. The pool area was well kept and had fun games such as horseshoe and bean bag targets. It’s a peaceful and secluded setting but not too far a drive to some restaurants and shops. Renting a golf cart was a must for us and grocery shopping was best in San Pedro. They can arrange popular tours at competitive prices with the convenience of being picked up from the property’s dock. I wish I knew this before we had made arrangements in San Pedro. We would love to stay at this property again and very highly recommend it. A+++

Highly recommend this place! The apartment was beautiful with an ocean view on the top floor and had everything we needed for a great stay - including the kitchen and tv. The host made sure we were comfortable and was always quick to respond. There's a beautiful swimming pool area outside with a well maintained area to bbq and read. Would definitely come back here next time!
