How to get to Belize
Getting to Belize typically begins with an international flight. Belize’s International Airport is named Philip Goldson International Airport, code (BZE). Airlines that service BZE include: American, Avianca, COPA, Delta, Southwest, TACA, Tropic Air, and United.
How to get to Ambergis Caye, Belize
Guests arriving to Belize should opt to transfer via regional flight to the island of Ambergris Caye, a scenic 17-minute journey that will take you over Belize’s Barrier Reef. Tropic Air is Belize’s leading domestic, commercial passenger airline offering air travel, tours, charters, and freight services.
The island’s airstrip is in the heart of San Pedro. We are pleased to arrange your regional flight (the flight costs about US$157.75 per person) at no additional booking fee. This cost will be added to your account for payment upon booking. We provide this complimentary service to all our guests.

Once you land in San Pedro, Ambergris Caye, we can schedule a transfer to the resort.
Please note: Should you decide to make your own transfer arrangements between Belize City and San Pedro, you must provide the details to our office no later than 72 hours prior to your arrival in order to be scheduled for a transfer between San Pedro Town and our property, failure to do so may cause non-availability of transfer service.

Ambergris Caye is a relaxed and laid-back island. Sapphire Beach offers the utmost in peace, serenity and relaxation so we recommend that you should pack comfortable clothing, and you may even bring your own dive gear.
